Study on quality control standard of changkang keli

  • Objective To establish the quality standard for changkang keli. Methods Coptidis rhizome , mume fructus were identified by TLC. The content of berberine hydrochloride was determined by HPLC. Results Coptidis rhizome, mume fructus could be identified by TLC. Berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship at a rang of 5.59~178.88 μg/ml (r=0.999 9). The average recovery (n=6) was 103.3% (RSD=1.26%). Conclusion The methods were accurate and quick, which could be used for the quality control of changkang keli.
