Abstract: This article reports activities of the Tosufloxacin in vitro and in vivo, toxicity, pharmacokinetics, clinical effects. Tosufloxacin has a broad spectrum against Gram-postive and-negative bacteria. It has potent antibacterial activities against Gram bacteria was Superior to Ciprofloxacin and Ofloxacin. It was well absorbed after oral administration. Clinic had excellent effect with various infections of patients and side was low.
