Pharmacodynamics studies on Wentong Gao prepared with new process

摘要: 目的 研究新工艺温通膏镇痛、抗炎消肿、祛瘀作用。 方法 采用醋酸扭体法及甲醛致小鼠足痛观察新工艺温通膏低、中、高剂量及原工艺温通膏的镇痛作用;以二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀及角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀试验,探讨新工艺温通膏低、中、高剂量及原工艺温通膏的抗炎消肿作用;通过建立瘀斑豚鼠模型观察新工艺温通膏低、中、高剂量及原工艺温通膏的祛瘀作用。 结果 原工艺温通膏及新工艺温通膏低、中剂量均能显著减少醋酸致小鼠扭体反应次数;新工艺温通膏低、中、高剂量均可明显减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀的肿胀度及肿胀率;新工艺温通膏低剂量可以明显促进豚鼠瘀斑面积消退。 结论 新工艺温通膏具有良好的镇痛、抗炎消肿、祛瘀的作用。Abstract: Objective To study the analgesic, anti-inflammatory, reducing swelling and removing blood stasis effects of Wentong Gao prepared with the new process. Methods Acetic acid writhing test and formaldehyde induced mouse foot pain test were used to observe the analgesic effects of low, middle and high dose of Wentong Gao prepared with the new process and with the original process. The xylene-induced mouse ear edema test and Carrageenan-induced mouse paw swelling test were used to study the anti-inflammatory, swelling reducing effects of low, middle and high dose of Wentong Gao with new process and with the original process. Ecchymosis of guinea pigs were used to observe the blood stasis removing effects of low, middle and high dose of Wentong Gao prepared with new process and with the original process. Results Both the low and middle dose of Wentong Gao made with the new process and with the original process can significantly reduce the number of writhing reaction induced by acetic acid in mouse. The low, middle and high dose of Wentong Gao prepared with the new process can significantly reduce the swelling degree and swelling rate of xylene induced ear swelling in mouse. The low dose of Wentong Gao made with new process can significantly promote the ecchymosis area subsiding in guinea pigs. Conclusion Wentong Gao made with new process has good analgesic, anti-inflammatory, reducing swelling and removing blood stasis effects.
