复方氯马斯汀霜制备和治疗季节性面部接触性皮炎的临床疗效

摘要: 目的 观察自制复方氯马斯汀霜治疗季节性面部接触性皮炎的临床疗效。方法 霜剂的制备采用o/w法。将94名门诊和住院患者随机分成两组,治疗组(51例)用复方氯马斯汀霜,对照组(43例)用康夫丽乐软膏,比较两组的疗效。结果 复方氯马斯汀霜组的治愈率和总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.01,P <0.05)。结论 该制剂疗效确切,不良反应少,是治疗季节性面部接触性皮炎的理想药物,值得临床推广。
